Sunny are looking for a Finance & Admin Assistant who’s really organised and detail-oriented to join our clients team. You’ll be great at keeping things on track and able to handle a variety of admin tasks efficiently. You’ll be key in helping our clients office run smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for answering the phone, managing schedules, helping with the finances, doing reports, and entering data – all while keeping things professional.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organise office documents, ensuring all files are up to date and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Utilise Google/Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Support financial record-keeping by assisting with Xero for payroll, billing, invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the business.
- Update social media and website content regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, to be able to converse with a wide range of customers and suppliers.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
