In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of electrical projects from initial planning through to final delivery – ensuring they’re completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

DUTIES…
- Manage multiple electrical contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects meet client expectations and company standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED..
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification is desirable.
- Full UK driving license.
