Health & Safety Officer – Felinfach, Near Lampeter
- Location: Onsite, Felinfach, Ceredigion
- Salary: Up to £40K
- Hours: Full-time, Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Officer to support day-to-day health, safety, and environmental (HSE) administration. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you’ll help implement and monitor safety strategies, conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and support internal training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HSE administration and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and audits.
- Support training, including inductions.
- Maintain incident records and report key data.
- Assist in environmental management and ISO 14001 compliance.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a similar role (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
Note: Applicants must live within a 40-minute commute of Felinfach alternatly be in the process of relocating to the area.
