Our client is looking for a HR Manager to join their team! Working Monday to Friday, flexibly and hybrid in Carmarthen!
THE ROLE
Responsible to the Head of Human Resources. Looking for a HR expert to join the team as HR Manager. Hybrid working environment. Required on site 3 days a week, the other two days are flexible.
Duties to Include
- Support and advise managers
- Responsible to Head of Human Resources
- Responsible for Staff welfare, training, talent planning, advising managers.
- Dealing with grievances, disciplinaries, complaints as and when they arrive.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
- CIPD level 5
- Welsh speaking
- HTML, Pivot and excel skills
