Our client within the finance industry is looking for a professional individual to join their team as an Office Administrator! Our client is in the finance industry so there will be opportunities to develop industry specific qualifications, if career progression and developments is something you’re interested in?
The role is office based in Carmarthen. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00.
What we’re looking for:
- We are looking at up to an initial 5-10 years’ financial services industry experience with working knowledge of various industry software packages.
- Telephone skills and great communication skills

- Clean driving licence
- Integrity and enthusiasm
- Punctual
- Confident computer skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing existing clients
- Preparing reports
- Arranging appointments
- Dealing with enquiries
- Resolving administrative issues
- Dealing with third party providers
- Call handling
- Greeting clients
- Liaise with Advisers
- Opportunity to complete further industry specific qualifications with exemptions for any existing Graduate or Post Graduate qualification
