£11.44 per hour
Temp basis – This week only!
WORKING HOURS..
Mondays are a must! 2 – 3 days per week for 3 weeks. Hours 9am to 2pm (or can be flex with hours if something else suits)
THE ROLE…
- Checking emails and printing them off for company owner
- Monitoring the answer phone messages/missed calls
- Answering the telephone, taking a message, and writing up brief message in our Day Book.
- Printing out incoming emails, attachments (changing properties eg to Landscape/A3 size or printing back to back etc) transferring to email folders, collating/filing paperwork in current file.
- Replying to/forwarding emails, printing out and placing in current file
ABOUT YOU…
- Some reception experience would be desirable
- Ability to use outlook
