Scientist, CMC
Location: Llandysul, Ceredigion , West Wales (Close to the coast and countryside)
WORKING HOURS…
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
THE DUTIES..
- As a CMC Scientist you will be expected to perform laboratory and project work within the CMC lab, supporting new and existing product development and lifecycle activities.
- Develop, execute, and report studies to develop manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- To perform routine duties in the laboratory in order to ensure the timely generation of accurate data and information.
- Execute analytical methods as required
- To assist in the compilation of data and information for the preparation of reports generated by the laboratory.
- To maintain all relevant documentation accurately, correctly and up to date.
- To initiate and write new SOPS and other documents
WHAT YOU WILL NEED…
- Minimum requirement of 1 A-level in science subject and GCSE standard or equivalent with good pass grades in English, Mathematics and Science.
- Related higher education qualification e.g. degree, higher national certificate/diploma (desirable but not essential).
- Computer literate.
- Experience in a similar laboratory environment (desirable but not essential).
- Must be able to drive / access to vehicle due to location
